What is T'ai Chi?
T'ai Chi is a series of continuous movements or
forms that when done properly, increase Health and longevity of
the body and mind. T'ai Chi is usually done slowly so the
practitioner becomes aware of every movement and the mind become
thoroughly concentrated. T'ai Chi movements promote Health by
improving the flow of chi (life energy) from the tan tien (a point
about three inches below the navel) throughout the entire body.
When practiced daily, T'ai Chi helps fortify the wholeness of
oneself.
